Coach in New Zealand Asks Foundation for Equipment Donation Tips

On Feb. 2, this web site's mailbox received the following letter:

Hi.  I love what you have done with the Irish Lacrosse Foundation.  Donations of 700 lbs. of equipment!
I am an American living in New Zealand and working on developing lacrosse.  I coached at Mountain Lakes
(NJ) High School and would like to start an equipment drive to get gear to New Zealand this year.  I spoke
with Tim Flynn (Mountain Lakes Head Coach) about this and he said we just finished the Ireland drive.
I couldn't believe it!

Anyhow, http://UnitedLacrosse.Net is what I am working on.  Donating equipment to a country each
year.  Any help or tips would be great.  Regards, Bill Brown, Christchurch, New Zealand

Brown actually played lacrosse at Mountain Lakes and New Hampshire College, and then returned to

the high school as junior varsity coach in the early 1990's.  Then he moved to Australia and helped
start Queensland Lacrosse, returned to the US and helped build lacrosse in the Boulder and Denver
Colorado areas, before moving to New Zealand.  He started http://www.iconlacrosse.co.nz and is
trying to grow the sport, writing "seems to have been going 10 years but never played on the South
Island.  That's were we live!"

He is working on finishing the UnitedLacrosse.net site and establishing collection points for donations in
Colorado and New Jersey, and would appreciate any ideas that people have for this cause.
